We measure the existing space, discuss who uses it and identify changes that are realistic for the home. A hall bath, compact powder room and primary suite each call for different priorities.
Shower and tub work can include a tiled walk-in shower, tub-and-surround replacement, niche, bench, handheld fixture or glass enclosure. Visible tile is only one layer. Substrate preparation, waterproofing, transitions, penetrations, slope and drain details must be coordinated with the selected system and field conditions. Product instructions and applicable local requirements guide the actual assembly.
Vanities can be freestanding or fitted to the room, with drawers, doors and counter space selected around storage needs. Quartz, granite and cultured surfaces each offer different appearance and maintenance characteristics. Mirrors, sconces, recessed lights, hardware and plumbing trim are reviewed together so finishes feel deliberate rather than accumulated one purchase at a time.
Floor tile is chosen for wet-area suitability, scale and cleaning needs. In some bathroom layouts, approved resilient flooring may also be considered outside the shower. Exhaust ventilation and moisture-damaged surfaces deserve attention before new paint is applied. We coordinate plumbing, electrical and ventilation work within the approved scope and avoid covering a known problem with a cosmetic finish.

Can you replace a tub with a walk-in shower?
Often yes, subject to the room, plumbing, structure and project requirements. We evaluate dimensions, drain location, access and the selected shower system before confirming scope.
What tile works on a shower floor?
Use a product approved for the intended wet-floor application. Scale, texture, slope and manufacturer performance information all matter; wall tile is not automatically suitable for a shower floor.
How do you handle hidden water damage?
If demolition reveals damage outside the documented scope, we identify the condition and explain recommended next steps and cost or timing effects before changed work proceeds.
Do you remodel small bathrooms?
Yes. Careful fixture sizing, storage, lighting and a restrained material palette can make a compact bathroom work much better without moving every wall.
